Abstract
The article discusses the tasks and mechanisms of competitive management of IT assets at various stages of the life cycle of IT services, in particular, the functional structure of the competitive management of IT assets, setting tasks, decision-making methods and algorithms for managing IT services and processes. based on the integration of knowledge about the management of IT services and IT processes, the methodology ITIL-v3, v4 (which is the result of the theory and practice of management) and the achievements of modern achievements in management theory and decision-making. The research tasks include: the task of forming the functional volume of the enterprise ERP system, the task of forming a service improvement plan, the task of forming a schedule for the development of IT services of the enterprise business processes by parallel working project teams, the task of forming the functional volume pilot testing of the enterprise ERP-system. The mathematical formulations of theproblems and the aggregated algorithms for their solution are presented.
