PREPARATION OF REGIONAL PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS OF THE ALTAI TERRITORY IN THE FRAMEWORK OF NATIONAL PROJECTS

As a part of the implementation of the Presidental Decree of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2018 No. 204 “On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation”, the article is highly relevant. The article discusses the main areas of participation of the Altai Region in the implementation of national projects. Particular attention is paid to the priority areas of the development of the region. One of the main tasks is to increase the share and volume of non-primary exports. The authors consider on the possible directions for the implementation of a regional project for the development of the area. The article also discusses the mechanism of state support for commodity producers of the region, as well as the directions of national projects implementation in the field of agro-industrial complex. The main activities in the framework of individual national projects on state support are also considered, particularly, the mechanisms of supporting the participants of the national project “Labor productivity and employment support”.
