This article represents the research results of First Middle Paleolithic complexes from the Darvagchai geoarchaeological area. These materials significantly supplemented the factual evidence under this cultural and chronological division in the territory of North Eastern Caucasus. Levallois knapping technique and Middle Paleolithic tool assemblage characterize the lithic material. Middle-size artifacts predominate. The knapping raw material is homogenous. Surfaces of artifacts made in single technical tradition demonstrate the similar range of conservation. Peculiarities of technological and typological character of lithic industry propose the specific character of Paleolithic in Seaside Dagestan. This study of Final Middle Paleolithic allows coming closer to the solutions of the problems, associated with appearance and development of anthropologically modern human types. It gives an opportunity to reconstruct the cultural historical process at this territory during the Neopleistocene, and to resolve the problems of content and boundary adjustment of cultural chronological divisions in Paleolithic of Caucasus and Aral-Caspian Basin in general.
