Аннотация

Consider the question about the role of art education and moral education in the ASU, the author gives primary importance not only for the people involved in the environment of art education, but for the entire Russian community. Concerns about the relationship between two main tasks are directly training in the University and the need for the expansion and reproduction of the elite stratum in the musical culture of the Altai territory. The article is addressed to a wide circle of readers interested in music education in Altai region.
