Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the need to use a strategic approach in managing the quality of products. The purpose of this article is to explore how a strategic approach affects product quality management and the organization as a whole. This experience will allow us to conclude that product quality management using a strategic approach is a solution to emerging problems with the quality of products and servicesoffered. The methodological aspects of the development and selection of the necessary quality management strategy are considered, as well as the principles that should be taken into account by the leaders of the organization when developing the strategy. The experience of companies that have implemented a quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, which is based on strategic management, is studied. The main methods of scientific research were: analysis, synthesis, modeling and others. At the end of the article, a conclusion was made about the advantage of using a strategic approach in the formation of quality management at an enterprise, since in the future it willexpand sales markets, ensure customer confidence and improve business reputation.
