Abstract
In the context of a decline in the purchasing power of the population, a slowdown in the growth rate of the emergence of new computer technologies, an increase in the proportion of time that potential buyers of goods and services spend at home or at work, businesses should think about changing the approach to selling their product and starting to introduce technologies that will help generate profits. arousing consumer interest. Cloud gaming will reduce production costs, accelerate the distribution of products, making them more accessible, and sales more convenient in times of crisis. In the presented article, an algorithm for making managerial decisions under risk and uncertainty is considered, recommendations are developed for their application in practice using the example of VK Play Cloud.
