Abstract

The article presents an algorithm developed and tested in the opinion of an expert in a particular case for assessing the cost of losses (actual damage and lost profi ts) from the deterioration of the quality of land plots, carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2022 N 59 «On approval of the Regulations on compensation for losses in case of deterioration in the quality of land, restriction of the rights of owners of land plots, land users, land owners and tenants of land plots, as well as right holders of real estate objects located on land plots and on recognizing certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation as invalid. The use of the proposed algorithm can serve as a model example for the correct conduct of similar calculations of losses for land plots.
