Abstract

In this work was presented a method of analysis of plant materials for the quantitative determination of 10 monoterpens and 20 sesquiterpens using GC-MS. For determination of quantity of monoterpens was used the α-pinene as an analytical standard, and for determination of sesquiterpens – the γ-cadinene. Also, in this work was shown results of the analysis of the essential oils, made from green wood of coniferous plants of Siberia.
