Abstract

In the Olympiad problems in economics offered to your attention, the author’s solutions are considered. The presented tasks acquire great value in the context of the need for comprehensive support of talented youth and the development of motivation of schoolchildren for creative discussion and active involvement in scientific, Olympiad and applied economics. Economics is rightfully the “Queen of the Social Sciences”, which is confirmed by the awardof the Nobel Prize for achievements in this field of knowledge. Within the framework of economic methodology, social sciences, mathematics and psychology are now actively integrating, forming an interdisciplinary core of knowledge of human behavior and the development of society, which makes it extremely relevant to study socioeconomicprocesses at different levels, including through solving Olympiad problems.
