Сообщение посвящено исследованию способности дрожжей Candida scotti утилизировать компоненты гидролизата, полученного из вегетативной части тополя бальзамического методом кислотного гидролиза. Выход дрожжей от содержания редуцирующих веществ субстрата составил 58% по абсолютно сухим дрожжам.Downloads
